About Logan Together

We’re a community of like-minded people and organisations dedicated to helping kids thrive in Logan.

Our diverse collective, from all walks of life, collaborates with each other to better understand the need of the community and help create bright futures for Logan Kids.

Our vision is to see Logan kids as healthy and full of potential as any other group of Queensland kids by 2025.

Our plan

The first 8 years are crucial to a thriving life. With a great start in life, kids can grow up to become happy, healthy and resilient adults.

Our work is guided by a Roadmap – a community plan that focuses on what we aim to achieve at each age and stage in childhood development, from pre-birth to kindy, to prep to the first years of school.
We also help support the things that are around our kids: family foundations, a strong community and effective systems.

We put families in charge and take actions together through community projects, campaigns and resources to support families and help give all Logan kids the best start in life.
